Edmonton Plumbing Dispatch is a free referral service: we pass your request to one independent plumbing company, which sets its own price and does the work. We do not perform plumbing work and do not guarantee it.
A referral service
Edmonton Plumbing Dispatch is an independent referral service, not a plumbing contractor. Calls and requests are routed to a plumbing company that serves your area; that company performs the work and sets its own price. Ask any plumber for their Alberta journeyperson certificate before work starts.

Independent plumbing companies
The plumbing company is an independent business, not our employee or agent. It sets its own prices, decides whether to take the job and is solely responsible for its work, permits, insurance and any warranty. Ask for the price in writing before work starts.
Published prices
The prices on this site are typical ranges drawn from public sources, for information only. They are not a quote: the plumbing company confirms its price before work starts.
Fees
The call and the matching are free for homeowners. Plumbing companies may pay us for the requests they receive.
Text messages
Edmonton Plumbing Dispatch request updates: when you request a callback or call the line, we may text you about that request, for example to confirm it. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that a plumbing company is available, how fast it responds or the result of its work. If you smell gas or anyone is in danger, leave the building and call 911 first.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, prices, delays or conduct of any plumbing company, or for indirect losses from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
