We collect only what is needed to pass your request to one plumbing company: your phone number, postal code, the type of job and a record of your consent. We never sell it, and we never share your number for anyone's marketing.

What we collect
When you request a callback: your phone number, postal code and type of job, the consent you gave (its exact text and time), your IP address and the page you sent the request from.
When you call or text the line: your number, the time and length of the call, what you tell us and your messages. Calls are answered by an automated assistant and transcribed, as you are told at the start of the call; the audio is not recorded.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To pass your request to one plumbing company so it can call you back, to call or text you about that request, to keep proof of your consent, and to prevent spam and abuse. We do not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Up to 4 years after your request, the period during which we may have to prove that you asked to be contacted. Then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, you can access the information we hold about you, have it corrected, and withdraw your consent at any time; reply STOP to stop text messages. Email david@leadloup.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
